Sam Harshbarger is a Research Intern at the Caspian Policy Center. He is a second-year undergraduate student at Princeton University, concentrating in History with a focus on Russia, Turkey, and the South Caucasus. His interests include Turkey’s role in the Caspian region and the domestic politics of Armenia, Azerbaijan, and Georgia. Before joining the Caspian Policy Center, he was a research intern with the Georgian Foundation for Strategic and International Studies, where he focused on the prospects for the Georgian-Turkish bilateral relationship in anticipation of Turkey’s upcoming elections.
