Sibel Saylan works as a Project Development Officer for the Caspian Policy Center, generating innovative projects and programs that respond to the most pressing issues in the Caspian region. She is a development practitioner with years of quantitative research and public opinion polling background in the Middle East and North Africa region and hands on experience on the role of the private sector in sustainable development. Prior to CPC, Sibel Saylan worked as an outreach coordination analyst at the United Nations Development Programme’s Global Private Sector Policy Center from 2014 to 2017. She effectively contributed to the conceptualization, programming, and implementation of activities under the Global Islamic Finance and Impact Investing Platform (GIFIIP) – a global platform established by the Islamic Development Bank and United Nations Development Programme’s Global Private Sector Policy Center. She also co-authored “I for Impact: Blending Islamic Finance and Impact Investing for the Global Goals (2017)” and “Business+ A New, Sustainable and Innovative Private Sector (2015)” for the United Nations Development Programme.
